Our accommodation structures are intended to accommodate people in precarious and vulnerable situations.
On a daily basis, the teams ensure a quality reception and social support.
Alongside the Deputy Accommodation Director and within a team of social workers, you ensure the reception, accommodation and support of asylum seekers during the processing of their file within our HUDA located in Metz.

This means ensuring:
- The management of the asylum seeker's file, while ensuring compliance with the procedure's deadlines and supporting them in all their socio-administrative procedures and access to rights;
- Identifying and addressing medical and social needs (public health, schooling, etc.);
- Carrying out an inventory of fixtures upon entry and exit of the people accommodated while monitoring payments;
- Compliance with the internal regulations by ensuring the proper use and security of the premises and rooms;
- Preparing for leaving the system by supporting the search for solutions within the framework of existing systems.
This means contributing:
- To the search for new partners by participating in the proper integration of the structure into the local fabric;
- To the autonomy of people through the implementation of personalized projects and collective actions;
- To "living well together" by organizing meetings for residents on living skills and consultation meetings.
The integration of our residents depends on our listening and taking their needs into account. The role of the Social Worker is essential to ensure a welcome in dignified and secure conditions, in collaboration with our partners.
If you too would like to get involved in welcoming vulnerable groups, with the addition of:
- Higher education Bac+3 Specialized Educator, Social Worker, DE CESF or from a university education in the social field
- Professional experience of 2 to 5 years
- Mastery of the fundamentals of social action and common law systems
- Good interpersonal skills, adaptability and an appetite for teamwork
- Reserve and distance
- Possession of a B license because you will be required to accompany people in their travels
