SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER M/F
ASSIGNMENT
A mission of general interest
Our social residences are designed to accommodate people in precarious and vulnerable situations.
On a daily basis, the teams ensure a quality welcome and social support to promote their integration.
Alongside the Territorial Director, you will be responsible for implementing the company's social engineering policy (local projects, social mediation, and resident support). You will work in a sector of 3,348 housing units spread across the Val d'Oise department and will supervise a team of 3 Social Intervention Managers and a work-study student.

This means representing Adoma with our partners:
- Participate in partnership bodies and be a privileged contact for regional/departmental stakeholders and funders in the field of supported housing;
- Ensure the coordination of social and medico-social support with partners in the region;
- Manage the production and drafting of reports for social residences, family pensions, and migrant workers' homes and ensure their presentation to government departments and partners;
- Search for potential funders, submit grant application files to them, and ensure their monitoring and financial reporting to develop actions.
This is to ensure the operational development of social support in the territory:
- Advise and support the operating teams for the development of social actions in the area of intervention;
- Monitor the steering indicators and ensure reporting to Management;
- Ensure the setting up of social projects for new residences/family pensions and analyze the needs and development opportunities in the territory;
Profil
The development of our actions in favor of the integration of our residents depends on our capacity to mobilize the partnership network and our responsiveness.
If you too would like to get involved in the social support of vulnerable populations, with in addition:
- A Bac+4/5 level diploma in social engineering, regional planning, city policy…
- Similar experience of at least 5 years in social housing
- A first successful managerial experience
- A good knowledge of institutional and social partners
- Writing and synthesis skills and excellent interpersonal skills

Your recruitment process will take place in 3 stages:
1. First, an initial telephone conversation with a member of the HR team to get to know each other
2. A meeting with the manager to discuss the missions and your professional project
3. A final conversation with the Territorial Management
Your remuneration:
From 44 to 48 K € depending on profile and experience
Including: 13th month, holiday bonus, profit-sharing and incentive bonus, employee savings plan, annual target bonus.
